Jiang Wu 吳江, born in 1968, is originally from Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. He graduated from the School of Fine Arts at Northwest Normal University in 1992. In 2011, he became a visiting scholar at the School of Fine Arts, Capital Normal University. In 2013, he pursued a master’s degree at Capital Normal University.
He is a member of the Gansu Provincial Artists Association, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Gansu Provincial Chinese Painting Art Committee, a director of the Gansu Provincial Chinese Painting Association, and a judge for advanced professional titles in the field of applied arts in Gansu Province. He holds the position of a distinguished painter at the Lanzhou Art Academy and the Gansu Provincial Art Academy and serves as an art advisor for the China Western Art Academy. Currently, he is an associate professor at the School of Art and Design, Lanzhou Polytechnic University.
